Wesley brings more than 40 years of experience in broadcast journalism, having worked across live television and radio as a presenter, reporter, scriptwriter and producer in both the UK and the Channel Islands. He knows the industry inside out and has a natural talent for helping others find their voice.
As a coach, Wesley’s approach is calm, encouraging and rooted in authenticity. He believes the best interviews and presentations don’t come from confrontation, but from building rapport, trust and confidence, allowing people to tell their stories in their own words.
Since 2009, he has coached clients across the UK and Europe in sectors as varied as manufacturing, health, social services, tourism, law and finance. Whatever the industry, Wesley understands that most people share the same challenges when it comes to media and performance skills, and he has a gift for helping them overcome nerves and step forward with clarity and confidence.
