Douglas has more than 20 years’ experience on the international business speaking circuit and is regularly featured in the media. He has been inducted into the Professional Speakers Association’s ‘Speakers Hall of Fame’ and holds the designation of Certified Speaking Professional, the highest earned award in the industry, accredited by both the Global Speakers Federation and the National Speakers Association.
An accomplished author, Douglas has written ten business books with Penguin Random House, including bestsellers such as Own Your Industry and They’re Your Rules, Break Them!. His work covers themes of entrepreneurship, leadership and wealth, and he has delivered keynote talks and training to audiences across the world.
Douglas’s client list includes multinational brands such as BMW, Deloitte, HP, Samsung, Mercedes-Benz, RE/MAX, PWC, 3M, and Lloyd’s Bank. He is also a member of Toastmasters International and Mensa – the High-IQ Society. Beyond preparing leaders for pitches, media appearances and critical presentations, Douglas brings an understanding of the psychology behind persuasion, helping individuals craft messages that truly resonate and influence.
